Policies

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your virtual or in-person appointment. Failure to give the minimum notice will result in forfeiture of monies paid upfront and/or you will be charged the full amount  of the appointment. You will be  blocked from booking future appointments until unpaid fees have been remitted.

Please arrive on time for your appointment and notify us if you are running late. Late arrivals up to 10 minutes will result in a shortened treatment time as the next guest cannot be delayed. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule and you will be charged the full amount of the missed appointment.

Missed appointments will be subject to full charges. A valid credit card number is required to reserve your appointment. 

All virtual appointments must be paid in full at time of booking. Please arrive to your appointment 5 minutes prior to the start time. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled and all monies will be forfeited. 

Facial Services:

We do not offer refunds for services that have already been provided. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us via email so that we may address your concerns.

Product Refunds:

Unopened, unused products in salable condition may be returned for a refund within 15 days of purchase with a valid receipt and/or proof of purchase. Please contact us via email to receive a return authorization number prior to returning the product. Products returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted.  

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Skintrinsic Skin Therapy.

Please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your product if your product has been damaged, is incorrect or you are experiencing an adverse reaction.

Unfortunately, sale items and special order items cannot be returned or refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
